At the BRIT Awards last night, David Bowie posthumously received the Icon Award, which was followed by a tribute performance from singer Lorde. The songstress performed his classic ballad "Life on Mars?" and today, Duncan Jones - son of David Bowie - took to Twitter to sing her praises. His tweet read: "Finally found the links to tonight's Brits. Just... beautiful. Thank you." Lorde excitedly retweeted it afterwards and revealed in an interview that she was able to fend off nervousness before performing. "I was so nervous in the wings, and then I whispered to myself, 'Just sing it to David', and nothing else mattered."
