A cover of the song "Photograph", by Def Leppard.
I've been working on my album, but yesterday, I decided I didn't want to write.. But yet, I still wanted to play some music. What is a man to do at that point? Well, I'll tell you. He should take a trip back in time to when mullets, sweaty sleeveless shirts, tons of long poofy hair, and raspy falsettos were the most manly things a man could pull.
You see, while I don't listen to hair metal all the time, and I find the old dudes that say "LISTEN WHIPPERSNAPPER, THOSE SONGS BACK IN MY DAY WERE REEEEAL MUSIC" to be extremely annoying, some of my musical roots were influenced by this strange era. And, I must admit, I enjoy listening to it from time to time. It's the kind of thing where the bands back then looked ridiculous, and sometimes sounded ridiculous; But yet it was all mixed in with talent and flair. The kind of thing that can't be repeated, but is preserved in time as a whacky but fun era.
But. Anyway, as for this cover/music video.. I just wanted to try something different. I had an idea that this would be a fun song to do, and I just kinda acted on it for a couple days. The end result? Yes, it's a bit ridiculous. But I mean, it was fun. And that's all I care about.
